| Project Outline | Since 10 years from the opening of Times Square, September 2009, this large renewal project aimed to add a new pillar of family segment to the existing young segment. This involved reviews the store layouts and the circulations for most of the floors. There were 48 new tenants, 26 transferred tenants and 37 renewals. In regards to the facility design, we added an nature element with “Wooden & Green” to the space in white tone and implemented gentle curve lines. These composed a relaxing atmosphere to improve ”quality of time“ spent in Times Square. |
